Westchester Oratorio presents Scratch “Sing-along” Messiah

Westchester Oratorio Society, Benjamin Niemczyk, artistic director, continues its 2028-2019 Season on Sunday evening, December 9, 2018 at 3 pm with a “Scratch” Messiah (Handel’s “Messiah” sing-along) at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Somers, NY.

Members of the audience are invited to celebrate the season by joining with the WOS chamber chorus and the St. Luke’s choir, (music director, Joyce Ottinger) in singing choruses from Handel’s “Messiah” accompanied by the Church’s wonderful von Beckerath pipe organ with professional soloists. Tickets are $25 per person and are available in advance at the group’s website and at the church. Music will be available to share, but dust off and bring your old score, if you have one.
