Virtual Art Project: Festive Functions

Take a weekend break and join us in a virtual celebration of Derrick Adams’ installation We Came to Party and Plan before it closes to the public! Reflect on and share the role of socializing in your own life, get to know some of the partygoers, check out the decor, and design your own party setting by considering the food, music, dancing, and conversations that you think is the best recipe for new ideas and positive changes. Materials required: paper, pencil, markers, or crayons; collage materials optional.

Registration for this #free event required here.

Families who plan to visit the Museum on this day can enjoy this hands-on workshop in person between 2 and 4pm. See here for more details.
