Painting and Drawing for Teens for Teens Ages 12-17

Introduction to a variety of materials, tools, and techniques of 2D art. Explore color, composition, still-life, landscape, and portraiture. Advanced students refine their skills through exercises emphasizing realism and craftsmanship. Students use acrylic paint on canvas, draw portraits from a live model, and experiment with mixed mediums. All levels of experience are welcome. Advanced students may refine their skills in realism and add to their art portfolios.
