New Rochelle Opera at Hudson Park

The New Rochelle Council on the Arts (NRCA) presents its annual summer concert series at the historic Hudson Park band shell every Wednesday night in July and August at 7:30 pm. On Wednesday, August 3rd the beloved  New Rochelle Opera returns with a program of favorites from opera, operetta, musical theater.

As always there will be food trucks on site – this week Westchester Burger and Poke Motion —  offering meals and snacks for sale. In addition, the Hudson Park Children’s Greenhouse will once again offer free yoga in the park every Wednesday before the Hudson Park concerts. Instructor Angela Derecas Taylor will offer a free class suitable for people of all abilities from 6 to 6:45 pm.

The Summer Sounds concert series is presented by the New Rochelle Council on the Arts, in partnership with the New Rochelle Dept. of Parks and Recreation, and co-sponsored by Webster Bank, and LMXD (the mixed-income development affiliate of L+M Development Partners) and Wilder Balter Partners.
