Join us for a New Arrivals shop event. Following the launch of our nationwide call for ceramic artists to apply to have their work featured in our shop, Clay Art Center Shop is pleased to introduce two new artists Rose Foley and Deborah Jaffe. The event will also highlight new work not to be missed from current and invited shop artists that include regional and nationally recognized artists Shana Salaff, Julie Buyon, Jess Palmer, Rich Brown, Mike Cerv, Hayne Bayless, Dustin Yager, Kay Petronio, Wade MacDonald and many more.

New Shop Artist Bios

Rose Foley creates her functional pieces exclusively in porcelain. She is inspired by the natural world with a special affinity for greenery and plant life, carving floral motifs and sculpting porcelain flowers into the majority of her pieces.

Deborah Jaffe creates functional pieces in earthenware, white stoneware and porcelain. Pattern is a theme that carries throughout her work as she incorporates her photography of the natural world from the abstract use of zebra stripes to the creatures that surround her in the Hudson Valley.
