Audition to perform in Choreography Showcase

Audition to present your work in A Choreography Showcase 2024 bringing together up and coming and notable professional choreographers and artists along with pre-professional dancers from across the region in a unique performance designed to highlight new, innovative work in a culturally driven community. The Steffi Nossen Foundation presents  the event at Mamaroneck’s Emelin Theatre.   As part of our audience development programs we will hold a Q&A after the show with all the dancers and choreographers. This is a great opportunity for audience members, choreographers, and dancers to gain feedback and insight into the choreographic process and audience perception of the work.

The performance will be Sunday, November 24th, 2024 at 4:00pm. The technical rehearsals will be held on the same day beginning at 12:00pm. Please be sure you are available for the entire day. Please plan to stay until at least 6:00pm if you perform. The Emelin Theatre is a renowned, Westchester theater, in the vibrant city of Mamaroneck, NY. The theater is within walking distance of the Metro North Mamaroneck train station. For more info visit emelin.org.

Applications and all materials/fee are due by SEPTEMBER 22, 2024. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

Applications and complete information about the application process are available on our website: www.steffinossen.org. We look forward to seeing your work!
