Let’s Dance 2022: Art with Heart

Join us on Saturday, November 12th for cocktails, dinner and live performances as we raise funds to bring our dance residencies and multicultural educational performances to more schools and to purchase a portable dance floor for our community performances.

The evening will feature the world premiere of New Rochelle resident Christie Coleman’s The Waters, a contemporary ballet work by Cuban choreographer Pedro Ruiz, and student performances.

Accent Dance is a non-profit organization that brings dance and art to schools and communities in under-resourced neighborhoods, including New Rochelle, Mt. Vernon, the South Bronx, and beyond.   Despite the challenges we have faced with COVID, Accent Dance continues to provide engaging and multicultural dance residencies and educational performances to schools and the community.
