Croton Academy Summer Theatre (CAST) presents Mean Girls High School Version

With a script by the writer of the original film and Saturday Night Live Alum Tina Fey, Music by Jeff Richmond (30 Rock, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) and Lyrics by Nell Benjamin (Legally Blonde), this musical comedy follows the story of a teenage girl who transfers to a public high school after being homeschooled her whole life in Africa. At school, her outsider friends persuade her to infiltrate the “Plastics,” a clique of “mean girls.” The show includes the movie’s iconic moments and jokes and adds an energetic rock score with great moments for show stopping dance, big singing and strong character work.

This show is PG-13, and is presented by talented high school actors Keira Beck, Anna Bogenshutz, Maya Cohen, Santiago DaSilva, Colleen Fitzmaurice, Isabelle Gonzalez, Caroline Haas, Isaac Hiller, Anne Knudson, Sebastian Martin, Nava Minichino, Claire Moyer, Colin Mui, Erin Mulliken, Nola Nunziata, Lily Olvera, KJ Scarfaria. Director is Joseph Riedel.
