Steffi Nossen Dance Foundation Celebrates 80th Anniversary

The Steffi Nossen School of Dance (SNSD) is celebrating its 80^th anniversary with three concerts  March 30 – April 1. The dance concerts will honor the legacy and future of the School and all those who continue to dance through our doors. They will take place at the SUNY Purchase Performing Arts Center.  Curtain time for the Thursday Community Concert and Friday Benefit is 6:30 PM.  The Saturday Gala curtain is at 7:30 PM, Attendance at the Community Concert and Benefit Concert are free for clients of local social service, rehabilitation, and community organizations.

 We are delighted to announce that the Gala Concert will feature a performance by choreographer/dancer Mariah Steele, a 2002 graduate of the Steffi Nossen School of Dance. Also on the program will the school’s top pre-professional ensembles presenting newly choreographed work. A pre-concert Cocktail Reception and Silent Auction will raise funds for the school’s outreach, special needs, and financial aid programs.
