Organization Overview
The Steffi Nossen Dance Foundation (SNDF) serves the Westchester community as a dance resource by promoting the awareness of dance, the opportunity to dance, and enriching the dance environment for students, professionals and audiences. We believe that dance is a unique form of education that develops the body, mind, spirit and character.
The Steffi Nossen School of Dance, managed by SNDF offers a wide variety of dance programs for preschoolers through pre-professionals throughout the county. Choreography showcases bring together emerging and established choreographers and local audiences.Space grants aid artists in the creation and rehearsal of work. Need-based financial aid, outreach programs and in-school residencies allow a broad and diverse population to "feel dance within them all their lives." (Steffi Nossen)
