“Nobody’s Fool” Starring Paul Newman

Presented by the Irvington Historical Society.

One of Paul Newman’s most enduring creations was also one of his last on screen — Donald “Sully” Sullivan, hero of Richard Russo’s classic New York State novel brought to film. Many scenes in Nobody’s Fool were shot in the Lower Hudson Valley, and local historian Rob Yasinsac will intro the screening and explain why it’s still considered one of the great Hollywood movies shot in our area. This screening is brought to the town by the Irvington Historical Society, and ticket sales will help underwrite IHS’s mission.
