New Croton Academy Summer Theatre (C.A.S.T.) presents, You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown

You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown,” will be presented at the Croton Academy of Arts Theatre, 8 Old Post Road South, Croton-on-Hudson, NY on Friday, July 29th and Saturday, July 30th at 7:30pm; and on July 30th and Sunday July 31 at 3:00 pm.

C.A.S.T. is a new community summer theatre program started by Croton Academy of Arts, and “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” is its premier show. The talented cast includes young people from ages 12 to 19:  Khadia Abam-DePass, Anna Bogenschutz, Caroline Casieri, John Erskine, Paloma Paz Demers, Kayla Potuzak, Henry Schuerman, Tallulah Steele, Hazel Stevenson, and Cassidy Sullivan.

The show’s director, Joseph Riedel, himself a CAA alum, states, “It is great to be part of revitalizing summer theater in Croton, especially after two pandemic summers. Our cast members bring both professionalism to their roles, and the unbridled enthusiasm of 5-year-olds – which is who they play in the show. Cultural icons, Charlie Brown  and the Peanuts gang appeal to all ages and make for a musical with terrific songs.”

Musical director is Jack Redsecker and choreographer is Daisy Bolger.
