Community Indigo Dyeing & Shibori Event at Garrison Art Center for Upstate Art Weekend
Come dye with us in the most captivating hue—blue! As part of Upstate Art Weekend, Garrison Art Center invites you to a hands-on indigo dyeing experience led by teaching artist Katrin Reifeiss. Learn a Shibori technique or simply dye for the fun of it!
Bring ITEMS IN NATURAL FIBERS TO DYE—$10 per item. Upcycle a T-shirt, refresh vintage linens, or give new life to something stained.
*No oversized items (bedspreads, quilts, etc).
*Registration is appreciated but not required.
*GAC is located a few steps from the Garrison Train Station. Free parking at the Metro-North Station lot on weekends.
