Chamber Musicians of The Symphony of Westchester Concert

Chamber musicians of The Symphony of Westchester will perform Schubert’s Quartettsatz in C major, D 703, Mozart’s Piano Quartet, K. 478, in G minor and Schumann’s Piano Quinte

This is the first chamber concert in the orchestra’s revamped schedule, which calls for three full-orchestra concerts and one chamber performance each season.
Full symphonic concerts are scheduled for February and May. On Sun., Feb. 9, 2014 at 3:00 p.m., flutist Carol Wincenc will be the soloist for a “Mostly Mozart” concert, which also includes the annual “Composers of the Future” program and the winner of the Student Concerto Competition. On Sat., May 3, 2014 at 8:00 p.m., pianist Adam Kent will play in an all-Gershwin program.
