Organization Overview

The Symphony of Westchester is a professional orchestra of from 60 - 70 musicians giving a series of four separate concerts at Iona College in New Rochelle. We are known for our first rate and inspiring performances, world class soloists, commissioning and premiering of new works and exemplary outreach programs. Audio clips of our recent performances are accessible on our website. Our Annual Outreach programs include: Jazz Institute for Homeless Children ( 18 consecutive years ) at the Coachman Family Center in White Plains, Composers of the Future in collaboration with New Rochelle's Songcatchers ( 13 consecutive years), and our most recent annual program - Student Concerto Competition in collaboration with The Hoff-Barthelson Music School of Scarsdale. Ticket prices for single admission are: General Admission - $50, Seniors ( over 65 - $35 and Students - $15.
