For ArtsFest, hop aboard this old timey transport : Docent Andi Stix will guide the trolley through the streets of New Rochelle to provide the backstory behind some of the city’s most loved public art. Two tours, 12 noon and 1:30 pm. Free parking provided curtesy of Hotel NoMa.
