Woody Guthrie at 100! Live at the Kennedy Center

Woody Guthrie’s granddaughter Anna Canoni kicks things off with a multimedia introduction including rare photographs and audio clips, and then we’ll screen Jim Brown’s film of 2012’s spectacular Woody Guthrie tribute concert in Washington that featured Judy Collins, Jackson Browne, Roseanne Cash, Old Crow Medicine Show, Ani DiFranco, and many more. It’s a moving all-star celebration of his contributions to American music, culture, and history.
