“Adventure into the Rainforest” Paintings by Patricia Pardini

Patricia has exhibited in the Sound Shore area and New York City.  She holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts, New York and is a member of Arts Westchester.

Artist’s Statement:

Most of my paintings have been inspired by natural light. Whether bright blinding light of hot sand, the muted light of a rainy day or the fading light of dusk. I like analyzing the way colors relate to each other in the different light situations. It’s not so much about straight representation but altering the original image to create the ambiance that made the experience special.

Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30am to 9pm; Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays 9:30am to 5:30pm, and Sundays 1:00 to 5:00pm.  Meet the Artist: Jan 11 from 2 to 4pm
