An Afternoon With The Amerigo Trio, Special Guest Violinist Lisa Eunsoo Kim
The Amerigo Trio is named after Amerigo Vespucci, the fifteenth-century Italian explorer. The trio is committed to exploring the riches of the string-trio repertoire, both old and new. Glenn Dicterow, the former New York Philharmonic concertmaster, formed the Trio with the violist Karen Dreyfus and the cellist Inbal Segev. A major string trio to emerge in chamber-music world, they have been invited to play at many of the most prestigious concert venues in the United States. The Amerigo has a long and close relationship with The Westchester Chamber Music Society, which is delighted to welcome them back once again on May 17th in celebration of our 75th year of bringing world-class chamber music to Westchester County with special guest violinist Lisa Eunsoo Kim.
