Moving Wheels & Heels Adaptive Dance Classes

Moving Wheels is coming to you at your house! Tara is excited to welcome back old friends and meet new ones. Join our virtual adaptive dance class for people of all abilities. Learn dance technique, improve range of motion, gain strength, and express your creativity, all while achieving your best while staying safe and having fun in your own space. An integrated adaptive dance class for students of all abilities (wheelchair and stand up), Moving Wheels & Heels explores the joy of movement in a safe and supportive environment. The classes combines technique, improvisation and movement to enhance creativity, increase strength, balance and flexibility, and build self-esteem.
