Zorá Quartet
Winner of the 2015 Young Concert Artists International Auditions in New York City, the Zorá Quartet is the eighth recipient of our Performance Award. Commenting on a recent performance by these musicians from Thailand, South Korea, China, and Spain, The New York Times praised their “depth and maturity” as well as their “affecting impetuosity.”
Their program will include:
- Mendelssohn’s String Quartet No. 2 in A minor, Op. 13
- Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 15 in A minor, Op. 132
