YOUTH ART MONTH – TOWN/VILLAGE OF HARRISON STUDENT ART

Harrison Council for the Arts presents the 37th Annual Youth Art Month, March 5-31, at the Harrison Municipal Building, One Heineman Place, and the Harrison Public Library, Halperin Building, 2 Bruce Avenue.  This exhibit consists of multi-media art reflecting the talents of students in all the Town/Village of Harrison schools with works selected by art teachers in the community.

Come see the artistic talents of students from Harrison High School, LMK Middle School, Harrison Avenue School, Parsons Memorial School, Samuel J. Preston School, Purchase School, Keio Academy and School of the Holy Child.

Opening reception Sunday, March 5 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Harrison Municipal Building with a student piano recital at 2:00 p.m. at the Library.

Library hours: Monday and Wednesday 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.  Municipal Building hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  For info see www.harrisonpl.org.
