Your Love Letter to the World: the Epistolary Poem with Jennifer Martelli (via Zoom)

In this generative workshop, we will be looking at epistolary poems as a way to tell secrets and truths on the poetic line. By studying “letter poems” from Emily Dickinson to Rachel Mennies, we’ll explore what happens when we write to the beloved, to the master, to the “you.” We will spend the rest of our time writing our own epistolary poems and sharing them.

This class will be taught via Zoom. You’ll receive the link 24hours before the class meets. Please write to ask@writerscenter.org with any questions.
