Yonkers Philharmonic Tribute Concert in memory of Maestro James Sadewhite

Come join the Yonkers Philharmonic, the Westchester Choral under the direction of Frank Nemhauser, Solisti and others at this celebration of Maestro James Sadewhite’s life and legacy.

The YPO will be joined by the Westchester Choral to perform  “how lovely is thy dwelling place” from the Brahms Requiem.

David Radovich,  principal clarinet,  will perform a piece by Mozart with his woodwind ensemble.

Byung Kook Kwak, YPO concertmaster, will perform  a special musical tribute with his chamber ensemble Solisiti.

Master of ceremonies, Robert Sherman, will share anecdotes and stories about the music and  Maestro Sadewhite.

The concert will conclude with  “Nimrod” from the Edward Elgar variations, Maestro Sadewhite’s favorite piece.

Attendance is free,however, this concert is also a fundraiser for the Maestro James Sadewhite Memorial Orchestra Fund established to continue his vision of keeping the Yonkers Philharmonic thriving for many, many years to come. Contributions are therefore welcome but not required.
