Yonkers Community Art In Action | Dancing – Mural Painting


Participants will create together a huge mural showing local dancers of various backgrounds/ethnicities, such as Indian, African, Caribbean, Italian, Irish, Jewish, German, Scandinavian, Polish, Chinese, Mexican, Vietnamese, etc., that includes typical ethnic clothing styles.

There will be an introduction how to draw/paint a dancer. Everyone can do it!


 

Arts Alive Artist Grants are made possible with funds from the Decentralization Program (DEC), a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the NYS Legislature and administered by ArtsWestchester.
