Wendy K. Tam Cho Lecture – Fighting Gerrymandering with the Blue Waters Supercomputer
Wendy K. Tam Cho will be speaking about her work at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications which is working to integrate insights from fields such as statistics, operations research computer science, math, law and political science to create a novel approach for analyzing and reforming redistricting.
Wendy K. Tam Cho is Professor of Political Science, Statistics, Asian American Studies, and Law and Senior Research Scientist at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
