Traditional Italian Recipes: Not Just Gnocchi

Gnocchi, the little Italian dumplings traditionally made with potato, flour and egg, are a delicious alternative to pasta. Once you learn the traditional recipe for potato gnocchi and semolina gnocchi, you can try more modern and diverse combinations such as squash gnocchi with brown butter and crispy sage, baccala gnocchi with squid, Swiss chard gnocchi with brown butter and parmesan, cabbage gnocchi with sausage and toasted bread crumbs, and goat cheese gnocchi with prosciutto crisps. Must register in advance and prepay. Members $50, Non-Members $60.
