Traditional Italian Recipes: How to Make Ravioli, Tortelli di Zucca, and Turtei

The typical, authentic ravioli recipe comes from the region of Emilia Romagna, where ravioli are stuffed with meats, tortelli are usually made with winter squash, and tortei are filled with greens and herbs. Must register in advance and prepay. Members $50, Non-Members $60.
