The Writer’s Creative Experience with Michelle Levy, M.A.

Register by January 30

Learn techniques to spark creativity and enjoy life with more vibrancy. Each session of this 5-week workshop combines exercises that help you relax, tune in, and extract precious gems from your experience to use as storytelling material.

A process of opening the mind before writing produces clear, compelling, and entertaining prose. Techniques draw from method acting, dance, yoga, reiki, and meditation. The exercises and writing prompts are designed to enhance your sensory awareness and improve your vitality. You will successfully access a mode of experience called “flow.” After writing while in the flow, we share our results in a supportive group.

The benefits of this experiential practice last a lifetime, and have been proven to enhance cognition, recall, and mental clarity. Writers of all levels are welcome.
