The Seventh Annual Publish & Promote Your Book Conference

The Writing Institute at Sarah Lawrence College is pleased to announce its Seventh Annual Publish and Promote Your Book Conference on Saturday, June 13, 2020. This comprehensive writer’s conference will be held at the Sarah Lawrence College campus, located 30 minutes from Midtown Manhattan.

Highlights of the conference include a series of interactive panel discussions with prominent New York City literary agents, major publishing house editors, and public relations professionals; a networking lunch with panelists; and the rare opportunity to pitch your book directly to agents and editors. Participants will have the chance to promote their books to agents and editors in face-to-face pitch sessions. Writers who have registered for the conference have the option to discuss their work with three agents or editors for 10 minutes each (included in the cost of registration).
