The Sarah Lawrence College Theatre Program Presents: Salome

In an all too familiar world where power and misogyny are intertwined, the women of this world, Salome and Herodias, navigate issues of female sexuality and agency in the face of a society that either objectifies or ignores them. This piece confronts the question of how we can rewrite and reclaim the culture around male-dominated power.

A Student Director Workshop, created by Oscar Wilde, directed by Mekala Sridhar. For ticket information, please call 914.395.2430. This event is free to attend and open to the public.
