The Mask of the Jaguar King

Set in the rain forests of Guatemala on a hot day in June, 1933. Sophia is a smart, strong-willed archeologist working fervently to unlock the mystery of an ancient Mayan Ruin.  Quetzal is her silent, disturbing counterpart and has many mysteries of his own.  Part battle of angels, part ghost story, part ritual dance, using indigenous and original sound landscapes with live musicians, the story is reminiscent of the “magical realism” of writers such as Gabriel Garcia Marquez…NOT TO BE MISSED!

NOTE: We are in the Village of Croton Falls.
