The Lagond All-Stars Perform at Rockwells

The Lagond All-Stars are a national touring band comprised of Westchester’s famed Lagond Music School’s top young musicians. It’s burning jazz, sophisticated Latin rhythms and driving grooves.

They will be opening up for jazz vocalist Tessa Souter. From her Flamenco-tinged debut, Listen Love (2004), to her fourth album, Beyond the Blue, Anglo-Trinidadian vocalist Tessa Souter has a penchant for exploring strikingly beautiful music mostly untouched by other vocalists: something from The Beatles, Sting or Cream. Her live performances are filled with the warmth, wit, and intimacy of Cabaret with great musicianship. Don’t miss this special Westchester appearance.
