“The Great American Songbook” Meets Brahms, Dvorak, and Knific

We are thrilled to welcome the internationally-renowned ensemble, The Merling Trio, for a concert that  pairs the best of classical literature with the best of the Great American Songbook.  Brahms and Dvorak will be programmed side by side with Harold Arlen, George Gershwin, and Burt Bacharach. Traveling from Kalamazoo, Michigan, the outstanding ensemble of Renata Artman Knific (violin), Bruce Uchimura (cello), and Susan Wiersma Uchimura (piano), will be joined by bass virtuoso Tom Knific.
