Thalassa: ARTIST TALK and Reception
Artist Reception for “Thalassa” a new exhibit by artist Jill Krutick.
Saturday, Sept. 21st starting at 4:30PM
The ancient Greek word for goddess of the sea; “Thalassa”, is a collection of oils, acrylics and multimedia works, and a fitting title for this exhibit, as the works celebrate the sea, and the endangered coral reefs, a remarkable ecosystem, yet fragile and in great risk of peril.
Raising awareness of our environment is a central focus of the artist’s work.
