Tango Rendezvous from Argentina!

Traveling from La Plata, Argentina, members of the Sala 420 Tango Bar, under the direction of Ruben Gerardo Monreal, will perform traditional and contemporary tango music and dance. Sala 420 Tango Bar has been performing a variety of tango shows around the world since 1988. As director Ruben Monreal states: “Tango philosophy lies in discomfort.  The musicians claim that tango is their music; the singer believes that tango is her sung lyrics; while the dancers insist that tango is their movement.  They work together with tension and beauty, and the result is thrilling!” Suggested donation: $2.00.
