Taghkanic Chorale Summer Sing

The Taghkanic Chorale, under the musical direction of newly appointed maestro, Jason Tramm, invites singers of all ages to sing with the chorale for pure pleasure.  The event features Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem plus popular choruses from G.F. Handel’s Judas Maccabeus. Laura Ravotti will accompany on piano.

The Sing will be held on Tuesday, August 7 at 7:30 pm at the air-conditioned KSDA Church, 1243 Whitehill Road, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598 close to the Taconic State Parkway.  $12 admission includes use of score and light refreshments.

The Taghkanic Chorale is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization that rehearses Tuesday evenings and performs spring and winter holiday concerts. Singers and audience members come from Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, Orange and the lower Hudson Valley.
