Established by dance legend Steffi Nossen in 1937, the Steffi Nossen School of Dance is Westchester’s premiere dance education destination. Rated Westchester Magazine’s 2011 “Best Kids Dance Classes,” the faculty transmit the joy and discipline of dance with warmth and enthusiasm to dancers of all ages and abilities. Located in White Plains, NY and Chappaqua, NY, our dance program provides an educationally sound, sequential curriculum and performance opportunities that foster technical and artistic development. We believe that dance is a unique form of education—developing the body, mind, spirit and character. With roots in modern dance, the school offers a full range of dance techniques including jazz, ballet, tap and hip hop. All classes are designed to challenge students to strive for personal excellence in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Anyone can dance and everyone should! — Steffi Nossen
