Sound Shore Chorale’s Gilbert and Sullivan Extravaganza

Now is the time to be inspired by the upcoming, rollicking   Sound Shore Chorale’s Gilbert and Sullivan Extravaganza.  Talented and wide-ranging thrilling and trilling soloists such as local favorites like Cynthia Reynolds, Robert Puleo, and David Richy, as well as musical theater and Gilbert and Sullivan experts Gayla Morgan, Alison Taylor Cheeseman, Joy Hermalyn, Richard Holmes and Gregg Lauterbach will join the chorale to embody and enliven the leading comedic roles.  The Chorale will be conducted by Artistic Director Richard Slade and accompanied by pianist Diane Guernsey. “Never mind the why and wherefore, “they have 14 songs to “Sing, Oh!” Take in some timeless and relevant British Musical Comedy songs on a Sunday afternoon.  The ticket prices are $20 for general admission, $15 for Seniors, $10 for students, and free for Iona College Students and Faculty/Staff.   This concert will be performed on November 22,2015 at 3 P.M. at the Ossie Davis Theater of the New Rochelle Public Library, at 1 Library Plaza, New Rochelle, N.Y.  10801, off Hugenot Street.  For more information, call 914-512-5951 or 914-632-7878 or email [email protected] or go to the website www.SoundShoreChorale.org.
