Sip and Create | Chocolate Indulges: A Hands-On Workshop

Hands-on chocolate + wine night! Learn tempering, make ganache, dip strawberries, roll truffles, and take home sweet skills.

Come for the art, stay for the fun! ArtsWestchester welcomes you to Gallery Night Out: Sip & Create series, a monthly social for adults 18 and over in downtown White Plains. From February through December, a creative expert will lead guests through a hands-on art-making project designed to spark imagination.

Join us this month for a hands-on chocolate experience paired with wine! You’ll learn the essentials of working with chocolate, including tempering and making ganache, while enjoying a relaxed, social atmosphere. Guests will dip strawberries, roll and customize 6 to 8 ganache truffles with unique flavors like matcha, cocoa, sea salt, and chili pepper. We’ll finish with creative techniques and tips you can try at home. Perfect for chocolate lovers and anyone looking for a fun, interactive evening!
