UFO Short Film Lab presents films by directors Tahiel Jimenez Medina, Brydie O’Connor, Bren Wyona, and Kevin Xian Ming Yu. The filmmakers take a range of fiction, documentary, and hybrid storytelling approaches to explore themes of identity, intergenerational connection, trauma, and healing. These boundary-pushing films will open up an intimate conversation about story and craft between the filmmakers and the audience.
The screenings will be followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers and a reception, which includes access to the exhibition in the DR Center gallery.
