Bird Sculptures

Birds are a symbol of freedom, which is what the celebration of Juneteenth represents. KMA’s featured artist, Ali Banisadr also incorporates many types of birds into his work. In this workshop, make your own unique paper bird construction and imagine all the places to which it will soar!

Ages 3-8 with an adult; ages 9 and up can be dropped off.  Space is limited. Registration is strongly recommended. Ticket price includes Museum admission. Member Child $8 / Member Adult Free Non-Member Child $15 / Adult $15 / Seniors $9
