MFA Faculty Member Jacob Slichter will discuss learning and laughing at mistakes in order to enjoy one’s writing life more fully. Writer/musician Slichter is the author of So You Wanna Be a Rock & Roll Star (Broadway Books, 2004) and the drummer for Semisonic. In addition to teaching nonfiction at Sarah Lawrence, he blogs about the connections between writing, music, film, and other creative forms.
