Sarah Lawrence College Concert and Film Screening: “Every Day a Gift”
A concert with violinist Sungrai Sohn, who is also a liver transplant recipient. Sohn will perform favorite violin works and also show a film, To Have and To Give, by David Esposito, his brother-in-law and his living-donor, which documents their journey through the organ-transplant experience in 2001. The film also highlights his life as a musician, and as an individual able to maintain peace and optimism, despite years of illness and uncertainty.
