Sober, clean and simple, these are the three adjectives used to define the cuisine of Tuscany, no-frills cuisine that does not need large processing to win new admirers.


Pici are made by mixing the flour, water and salt until mixture is soft and then worked in the form of coarse spaghetti to cook and serve topped with a sauce of your choice. They won’t be perfect looking, but they will be delicious!  Take home your Pici made from scratch and enjoy a tasting of this delectable pasta accompanied by grilled vegetables. Presented by Caterina Maurantonio Blanco. Limited capacity. Must register in advance and prepay. Members $50, Non-Members $60.
