PICI

Pici are made by mixing the flour, water and salt until mixture is soft and then worked in the form of coarse spaghetti to cook and serve topped with a sauce of your choice. They won’t be perfect looking, but they will be delicious!  Take home your Pici made from scratch and enjoy a tasting of this delectable pasta accompanied by grilled vegetables. Presented by Caterina Maurantonio Blanco. Limited capacity. Must register in advance and prepay. Members $50, Non-Members $60.
