The Ground Glass, a Westchester-based association of photographers, will be hosting The 44th Annual Ground Glass Exhibition, a selection of photographs at The Rye Arts Center. Chuck Kelton, curator and reviewer of photography portfolios and a fine art photographer will jury the exhibit.
