Puerto Rican Flag Raising and Street Festival | A Westchester Roots Event

Celebrate Puerto Rican culture with music and dance performances, arts and crafts, food vendors and more! The flag raising will be held at Renaissance Plaza (outside at 200-202 Main. St., White Plains, NY). The street festival will be held on Court St. between Main St. and Martine Ave., White Plains, NY.
