- identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal;
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address;

- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New York, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringers
ArtsWestchester may, in appropriate circumstances, remove or disable access to content and may terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or defenses you may have under applicable copyright law, including fair use or other legal exceptions.
