Mandolin on the Moon ~ Premiere in the Plantetarium

The Hudson River Museum presents the New York premiere and a world premiere (two movements) of Pamela Sklar’s new quartet Mandolin on the Moon on Sunday, April 7th, in the Planetarium.  Co-featuring mandolinist Joyce Rasmussen Balint and other string players, the program

will also include works by other composers. Mandolin  on the Moon is the musical component of the museum’s exhibit of the 50th anniversary of the first manned lunar landing.
