Join us for a Playreading Extravaganza! 
Indulge in an afternoon of laughter and heartwarming tales at the Rye Arts Center with the “Play With Your Food” play-reading series on Monday, October 23! 
Arrive at 12 noon for a scrumptious boxed lunch by The Granola Bar, followed by professionally read one-act plays. Engage in a lively talkback with the talented cast and director. By 1:30 pm, you’ll be ready to conquer the rest of your day! On the menu:
Hardball by Mike Folie – A clash between a woman and her boyfriend’s teenage daughter. Will they play ball?
Dissonance by Craig Pospisil – Does the past ever truly stay in the past? Unpredictable encounters challenge your present and future!
In the Trap by Carl L. Williams – A treat for sports fans! Even the best players can fall into a trap without realizing it.Modern Love – A hilarious New York Times monologue recounting the WORST DATE EVER.
